Audiense Brand Identity

Acquisitions and mergers brought a new brand experience to Audiense, a social intelligence platform integrated with 30 years of location intelligence, and a powerful ecommerce signal tracking engine, into a single, unified voice.

Challenges: For thirty years, Buxton was a tab pinned in every retail brand’s browser. At some point they couldn’t move forward in their investments without buxton. It wasn’t a matter of if, but when. Commit millions to a new Anthropologie location and you cannot be wrong about time and place. Buxton’s algorithms gave those decisions confidence.

In 2023, private equity saw something bigger. One intelligence company spanning every marketing ecosystem, online and offline. Audiense, known for social intelligence, was acquired. Elevar, a founder-led conversion tracking service for ecommerce brands, followed.

Growth created a new problem. 16+ products. Messagubg everywhere. Each with its own visual language, its own messaging rules, its own ICP and price point. No shared mission. A house, fractured.

Strategy: Unify under the audiense name. Focus on core products. Insights, discovery, location and signals. Define ICP that overlaps across social, ecom and retail. Prioritize a go to market visual system that allows each product to feel unified across the brand that allows product to catch up.

Audiense Action Campaign

Audiense Action combines billions of data points about how real buyer-ready consumers behave and transforms them into dynamic audience segments that answer your questions in real-time and integrates into ad platforms.

Business Problem & Goal: Lifestyle retail brands face flat awareness and declining market share because traditional consumer research takes weeks/months to deliver. By the time a market report arrives, the cultural moment has already shifted. The business goal is to establish Audiense Action as the choice for real-time audience intelligence activation.

Consumer Problem & Goal: Marketing strategists have access to massive data pools but lack real-world cultural context, leaving creative teams to write generic messaging based on basic demographics. Their goal is to turn raw first-party and competitor signals into instant audience closeness and immediate media execution.

Insight: We spend millions of dollars trying to decipher hidden consumer data signals from the outside when the target audience is perfectly willing to tell us exactly how to win them over if we just ask them.

Single-Minded Proposition: Audiense Action turns real world customer data into a live consumer Ask Me Anything session.

Campaign Concept:
Guessing is human, so is asking.

Campaign Goal:
Existing customers: Demo/walkthroughs

TAM: Website visits for demand gen funnel.

Audience:
Analysts in ecom, omnichannel marketers, performance marketers. Current clients with retail footprints over 10 locations or ecom revenue over $10,000,000. TOF to ABM list with demand gen for the sales cycle.
